Eneren’s heat pumps are diversified according to their compressor type and their operation mode, according to the following options:
Multifunction: con produce alternatively hot or cold water for space heating or cooling, or hot water for Domestic Hot Water in priority.
Polyvalent: can produce simultaneously hot and cold water for space heating and cooling (4-pipes systems) or hot and cold water for Domestic Hot Water and space cooling (2-pipes systems).
Double source geothermal and aerothermal heat pumps that are able to heat, cool and produce domestic hot water.
The innovative multisource heatpump products combine the geothermal and aerothermal source, using either of two that it permize to realize the highest energy efficiency.
Eneren manufactures and provides multifunction and polyvalent Ground Source Heat Pumps, to ensure that all the requirements for winter heating, summer cooling and domestic hot water are satisfied with using the energy of the earth by means of geothermal applications.
Heat pumps allow to exchange heat between a source (the ground) and a receiver (the user), where the souce is at a lower temperature than the receiver. In a domestic heating system, the heating terminals (typically the radiant system in the floor or ceiling) represent the reciver. In the case of summer air conditioning, however, the building is the source from which the heat is extracted, which is then dispersed in the ground.
The ground where the geothermal system is installed therefore represents the source for the heat pump if working in heating mode, or the sink if working in cooling mode.
With respect to air, the source of the Air Source Heat Pumps, the temperature of the ground varies much less throughout the year, being rather constant between 10 and 16°C and thus allowing a much higher efficency, at any latitude and in any climatic zone.
In Air Source heat pumps, differently from Ground Source heat pumps, heating or cooling energy is collected from the air, by means of an external unit, provided with a fan and a heat exchanger.
When in heating mode, the heat it is then taken from external air and transferred inside the building; when in cooling mode the opposite occurs. By the same principle our Air Source heat pumps can also produce Domestic Hot Water and therefore meet all the needs of a modern building, with no need to integrate other components.
