The air-ground thermal heat exchanger is the ideal solution to be associated with a Mechanical Extract Ventilation system. Exploiting the ability of the soil to absorb and release heat, air drawn from outside is pre-heated in winter and cooled in summer.
Solar thermal systems allow to efficiently produce and use solar energy to pre-heat Domestic Hot Water and to partly fulfill the heating requirement of the building.
Photovoltaic systems allow to directly convert solar energy into electrical energy, for all domestic purposes including the operation of the heat pump. Currently these systems take advantage of important incentives that reduce the payback period.
A conditioning system that includes a heat pump avoids CO2 emissions and allows to take advantage of the constant temperature of the ground, to provide winter heating, summer cooling and the production of DHW.
The term geothermal energy, which literally means 'Heat of the Earth', refers to the energy in the form of heat that is contained in the Earth's subsurface and that steadily moves toward the surface.

My Economy System: the ideal solution for space heating self-consuming the photovoltaic over-production.
The energy that we produce with our photovoltaic systems does not have a high value if it is fed into the grid and sold to the National Electricity body. It becomes more convenient to self-consume it, thus saving on electricity bills.
