AER is the innovative unit that uses water from the heating system for full-air heating and cooling of passive houses, hotels and buildings with limited energy loads; it also guarantees air renewal with heat recovery combined with free-cooling and environment dehumidification.

AER offers everything that is needed to guarantee living comfort. It allows rooms to be air-conditioned and dehumidified by also ensuring air changing – extracting air heat and recovering almost all of its energy, thus reducing operating costs and boosting system efficiency.
ADVANCED CONTROL
The standard display unit allows the management and personalised programming of AER, including the setting of time slots or of night-time and holiday modes, to maximise energy savings. By adding a CO2 probe it is also possible to constantly monitor air renewal and air quality, in relation to the number of people in the environment.

DESIGN AND FUNCTIONS
AER is finished with white painted panels and an inside lining in sound-absorbing material, which makes it also suitable for exposed installation indoors. It is also equipped with special pockets for easy access to filters, fans and the heat recovery unit, ensuring fast and thorough regular cleaning.
QUALITY COMPONENTS
AER consists of an oversized water exchanger, a cross-flow heat recovery unit with 90%-plus efficiency and a mixing chamber with 3 dampers, for continuous modulation of the percentage of outside air. More heaters can be added for winter heating, ensuring a power increase when needed and guaranteeing comfort in every situation.
HIGH HEAD ELECTRONIC FANS
The fan sections are up-to-date brushless inverter fans, with automatically adjusted speed to modulate the air flow according to the ambient load, to night-time low noise requirements and to peak time requests.
SMART GRID READY
In combination with a photovoltaic system, AER’s Smart Grid Ready function is able to use the surplus energy produced by the panels to reach the desired and pre-set ambient temperature. AER is the first unit in its category to feature this innovative function, applicable to all seasons, to increase own-consumption levels and combine energy saving with sustainability.
SUPERVISION AND ACCESSIBILITY
The standard graphic panel can be controlled in a simple and intuitive way, either directly or remotely, thanks to its connection, via the Modbus RS485 port, to Building Management systems, such as the Enerweb system supplied on request.
