RVE SERIES FOR CONTROLLED MECHANICAL VENTILATION 350-500 m3/h

RVE is the silent and efficient AHU range that guarantees air renewal in large residential and commercial buildings. It was designed for wall mounting or base mounting, facilitating installation, commissioning and maintenance operations.
It allows users to breathe clean air and at the same time minimise energy costs for air conditioning in the building thanks to the internal hexagonal structure that minimises heat loss to the outside.

Description

AIR QUALITY AND SAVING TOGETHER

RVE filters the intake air by conveying it towards the rooms to allow it to be adequately renewed and improving the energy performance levels of the building. The sanitizing power of the JONIX AHU module, which can be integrated in the delivery channel, also contributes to the sterilization and purification of environments and aeraulic ducts, making expensive routine cleaning treatments unnecessary.

RELIABLE AND ACCESSIBLE

The RVE series uses widely tested components and is assembled with sheet metal panels lined internally with a special sound-absorbing and heat-insulating material. It is therefore ideal in applications where low noise operation, performance and reliability over time are essential requirements. The filters, fans and heat recovery unit are easily accessible from the front of the machine, for quick and thorough cleaning.

ADVANCED CONTROL

The (optional) graphic display unit with advanced controls allows the management and personalized programming of the unit, including the setting of time slots or of night-time and holiday modes, to maximize energy savings. For continuous control of air renewal, the humidity probe and the CO2 probe can be combined. These additions allow the unit to reach efficiency class A+.

STRUCTURE AND ACCESSIBILITY

RVE comes with white painted panelling, which makes it also suitable for exposed installations. The panels are completely removable to facilitate routine maintenance. The outlets on the unit frame allow simple and quick connection of the circular channels for air distribution.

QUALITY COMPONENTS

At the heart of the RVE design is the cross-flow heat recovery unit with over 90% efficiency, which ensures that the energy contained in the outlet air is almost totally transferred to the air intake. In addition, the electronically controlled EC fans precisely regulate the air flows to maximize the output and, at the same time, minimize electricity consumption.

FREE COOLING/HEATING

The RVE series features a free-cooling and free-heating function with automatic management of the by-pass damper of the heat recovery unit. It compares the air flows temperature with the ambient temperature and, when conditions are favorable, it can use the outside air to cool or heat the treated rooms, reducing the overall energy expenditure for air conditioning.

SUITABLE FOR ANY CLIMATE

RVE is perfectly compatible with installation in both hot and cold climates. It makes the most of the advanced automatic defrosting functions of the heat recovery unit and the combination with intake air preheaters allows it to function efficiently even at very low temperatures.

SUPERVISION AND ACCESSIBILITY

The standard graphic panel can be controlled in a simple and intuitive way, either directly or remotely, thanks to its connection, via the Modbus RS485 port, to Building Management systems, such as the Enerweb system supplied on request.
