Sustainable innovation even in a constrained urban context
Eneren was in charge of the design and implementation of the entire air conditioning system of a villa in Monselice, which was undergoing complete building restoration. The intervention, combined with that on the house envelope, led to the achievement of energy class A4.
The client’s request
The owner asked Eneren to intervene in the upgrading project of his 1960s villa, which was being restored but subject to urban planning restrictions. His desire was to install a complete, next-generation air conditioning system with which to maximize self-consumption of electricity and that was easy to control even remotely.
The perfect energy autonomy for your home
The NWW unit has met the customer’s needs: connected to vertical geothermal probes, thanks to the BLDC digital scroll full inverter heat pump and electronic pumps, NWW heats, cools and quickly produces domestic hot water.
An integrated system fully managed by smartphone
Indoor air quality is also important, which is why the villa owner chose the RSV unit, which regulates humidity and keeps it at optimal levels at all times, thus avoiding the risk of condensation and mold. Finally, to breathe clean air and at the same time minimize energy costs, he chose ROE, the unit that filters the air, ensures a constant change of air and at the same time recovers heat for reuse.
The customer can check the parameters of the system, but also manage and plan the temperature and humidity according to days and periods. All this in complete autonomy thanks to Enerweb, the remote control system that connects quickly and easily to all web devices.
